first go on to the start button and search command prompt and select run as administrator
once you done this, you'll need to type up C: \windows\system32> sfc /? then press enter
once you press enter if there's a problem with something on your software the system will fix it for you remember it can't fix hardware issues if there's no problem it should look like this.
